The Unterrainerhof provides three apartments of different size. The apartment on the first floor is suited for two to three people, whereas the two apartments on the second floor are suited for three to four people.

Throughout the house there is at any time WiFi available for free. Towels and bedlinen, a hairdryer and a washing machine, are provided in every apartment. In addition a child's bed is available if required. The newly furnished kitchens are equipped with electric cookers, a fridge, an oven, a coffee machine, enough dishes, detergent and dish clothes. Each apartment has also a balcony and a TV.

2 apartments for 3-4 people

The two apartments for three to four people consist of a sleeping room with a double bed, a living room with a big pull-out sofa-bed for two people and a single bed, a bathroom (in apartment 2 newly refurnished in spring 2019) with a washing machine and a shower, a newly refurnished kitchen (spring 2015) with a dishwasher and a balcony.
